Lunch Options

Guests will have access to the Clubhouse bar (drinks only) and facilities, as well as the BIRCH Horsebox, throughout the day.

Three options are available for lunch:

Cirencester Park Polo Pavilion Brasserie (under new management)
Wesley Birch began a new residency at The Pavilion in April 2025. Enjoy handcrafted menus using the finest local produce, with views across the Ivy Lodge pitch.

Bookings are available from 12 noon and advance booking is required.

Picnics
You are welcome to bring your own picnic, with a prize for the best picnic up for grabs!

BIRCH Horsebox
The BIRCH Horsebox will open at 10.30 for hot drinks, soft drinks and snacks.
From 11.45, hot food will be served (no reservations required):

Very limited seating will be available near the Horsebox, so please bring a blanket or picnic chairs.

Parking: Your entrance ticket includes field parking. You will be directed to our parking area on arrival.

Dress: Smart casual - please dress for the weather!

Inclement weather: Matches will only be cancelled if extreme weather conditions make it dangerous to play. In the event of the matches being cancelled in advance, an email will be sent to the lead booker and tickets will be refunded. If play is stopped on the day, refunds will not be given. The Pavilion brasserie will still serve lunch for advance table boookings.

Photography: A College photographer will be taking photos. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let a member of College staff know on the day.
