One of the most important things to Christopher – his family – had all congregated for significant events during 2023 including his 60th wedding anniversary in May, and his grand-daughter's wedding in September. His health declined quite rapidly in the last three months of 2023 as various ailments took an increasing hold.
Christopher loved Norfolk, he enjoyed his golf, tennis and sailing the Wayfarer. His family was all important. He will be missed enormously, but will always be remembered for his strong spirit, firm principles, sense of duty, decency, and terrific sense of humour.
