Tickets are per car and include parking and entrance for all people within the car.

10.00 Gates open, retail stands open
10.00 Clubhouse facilities open, BIRCH Horsebox opens for drinks, snacks and bacon rolls
10.45 First match begins (four chukkas)
11.45 Treading in and hunt for the golden cork
12.00 Second match begins (four chukkas)
13.15 Prize presentation for both matches

Food & Drink Options
Guests will have access to the Clubhouse bar (drinks only) and facilities, as well as the BIRCH Horsebox, throughout the day.
Three options are available for lunch:
Cirencester Park Polo Pavilion Brasserie
Wesley Birch began a new residency at The Pavilion in April 2025. Enjoy handcrafted menus using the finest local produce, with views across the Ivy Lodge pitch.
Advance booking is required.

BIRCH Horsebox
The BIRCH Horsebox will open at 10.00 for hot drinks, soft drinks, bacon rolls and a selection of traybake cakes.
Burgers will be served from 11.45 (no reservation required).
Limited seating will be available near the Horsebox, so please bring a blanket or picnic chairs.
Picnics
You are welcome to bring your own picnic.

Parking: Your entrance ticket includes field parking. You will be directed to our parking area on arrival.
Dress: Smart casual - please dress for the weather!
Inclement weather: Matches will only be cancelled if extreme weather conditions make it dangerous to play. In the event of the matches being cancelled in advance, an email will be sent to the lead booker and tickets will be refunded. If play is stopped on the day, refunds will not be given. The Pavilion Brasserie will still serve lunch for advance table boookings.
Access: Please let us know if you have any access requirements.
Photography: A College photographer will be taking photos and videos (without sound). If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let a member of College staff know on the day.
