The Cheltonian Society warmly welcomes all Society members – Old Cheltonians, current and former parents, and current and past staff - and prospective College families, to its Kenya Drinks Reception on Sunday 26 October from 19:00 - 21:00, at the Matbronze Café, 2 Kifaru Lane, Nairobi.
The event will be hosted by Ms Rebecca Norval, Assistant Housemistress of Westal and Sports Professional; Mr Alex Naylor, Housemaster of Newick House and teacher of Physics at College, and his wife Mrs Sophie Naylor; Ms Christina Oldham, Head of Chemistry at College; and Ms Catriona Norval, Resident Tutor in Boyne House and Sports Professional.
The College team will be in Kenya through October Half-Term break with a group of 20 students, volunteering at Gogar Primary School, which College has supported for over 30 years through the Vanessa Grant Trust. The trust was set up by a former Cheltenham College parent, and former headmaster of Pembroke School. Cheltenham College is proud of its long association with the charity.
The event is free, but please register a place on the guest list, which helps us with catering requirements.
