Enjoy a Full English buffet, celebratory bubbly, and a pre-races talk from an OC guest speaker (TBA) to ensure you’re race-ready before being taken to the course!
Tickets: £25 per person
£5 add-on for parking
The lead booker must be a Cheltonian Society member.
You are welcome to book for for non-Society members as guests.
(Booking will close at 9am on Monday 2 March)
What to Expect
Full English Buffet: A traditional Full English buffet, accompanied by fizz, tea, coffee and soft drink alternatives. (Dietary requirements can be catered for.)
Guest Speaker: An OC guest speaker (TBA).
Transport to the Races: Tickets include free minibus transport to the racecourse.
Overnight Parking: Add parking for only £5 per car. Your car can be left overnight and be collected at any time on Friday 13 March or until 5pm on Saturday 14 March.
**Spaces are limited, so where possible please car share with friends and family**
Photography
There will be a College photographer at this event. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let a member of staff know on arrival.
Cancellations
Tickets can be cancelled for a refund until the end of Monday 23 February. After this date, cancellations can only be refunded if the event is fully booked and the place is sold to another booker.
