Picnic boxes can be ordered in advance for collection on the day - orders must be received by Sunday 10 September. 
Picnic boxes (serves 1 person) are £9 each.

Races: The Regatta will be a House Pots competition. We also hope to have a Cheltonian Society crew to race against College (staff and students).

Would you like to be part of the Cheltonian Society crew? Open to all Society members (OCs, Honorary OCs, current and past parents, past staff). Please email your interest, with a brief description of your rowing experience, to Jed Greenhouse, Head of Rowing: j.greenhouse@cheltenhamcollege.org

Refreshments: complimentary tea, coffee and water will be available for all guests. Please note that the picnic boxes do not include other drinks and there will not be other refreshments for sale on the day. You are welcome to bring your own drinks (alcohol is permitted).

Parking: Field parking will be provided on-site. If you require accessible parking please let us know in advance.

Wet weather: The Regatta will only be cancelled in the event of very high winds or thunderstorms.
